How to care for your precious jewels.

HOLD YOUR RING BY THE BAND, NEVER BY THE STONES. 
Slide your ring onto your finger upside down to avoid forcing the stones over the knuckle.

DON’T DROP ME
Your jewellery prefers not to be dropped or thrown into your handbag without a protective pouch.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, always place it back in the case. We recommend keeping each piece separate to avoid scratching.

POP YOUR JEWELLERY ASIDE FOR A MOMENT
Jewellery prefers not to take a shower, especially as your stones are not fond of soaps, cream, hand sanitizer or perfume. Putting on your jewellery should be the final touch to your beauty routine.

SLEEP ALONE
Your jewellery prefers to sleep on the bedside table. Avoid sleeping with your jewellery as you want to avoid unnecessary twisting and pressure.

NO HEAVY LIFTING
Your rings are not fond of heavy lifting. 

Give your jewellery a rest whilst you go to the gym as constant pressure can push the band out of shape. Your ring wouldn’t want any knocks to the stones.

NO HOUSEWORK
Your jewellery is rather precious and has an aversion to gardening or housework.

Hash chemicals, perfume, chlorine from the pool, household products, solvents and some soaps can be too harsh for your jewellery.

AUBREY offers complimentary standard shipping for all orders placed in Australia over $500.00 AUD. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, allow between 4 -7 business days for delivery within Australia. Outside of Australia, allow 5 – 14 business days.

AUBREY does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers as all orders require a signature upon delivery and items on special order may take longer to arrive.

FedEx will email you directly with a secure payment portal, once the customs duty is fully paid, FedEx will swiftly deliver your order.

We strongly advise you to consult your local customs authority prior to making your purchase. We want you to be excited when your order arrives and not upset at any additional fees. Should you refuse the duty payment, your order will be returned to AUBREY. Once AUBREY has received your order, any additional freight, duties, charges or taxes incurred will be deducted from your order and the balance refunded within 10 business days.
