SHIPPING POLICY

AUBREY offers complimentary standard shipping for all orders placed in Australia over $500.00 AUD. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, allow between 4 -7 business days for delivery within Australia. Outside of Australia, allow 5 – 14 business days.

AUBREY does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers as all orders require a signature upon delivery and items on special order may take longer to arrive.

AUBREY GEMS bears no responsibility for import duties, charges, or taxes accrued at the recipient's end. Charge duties do differ on each country's customs regulations. FedEx will email you directly with a secure payment portal, once the customs duty is fully paid, FedEx will swiftly deliver your order.

We strongly advise you to consult your local customs authority prior to making your purchase. We want you to be excited when your order arrives and not upset at any additional fees. Should you refuse the duty payment, your order will be returned to AUBREY. Once AUBREY has received your order, any additional freight, duties, charges or taxes incurred will be deducted from your order and the balance refunded within 10 business days.
