RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be accompanied by the sales receipt and returned within 14 days of purchase. Some exclusions may apply.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be issued. The refund will made to the original method of payment. Cash refunds are not available.

- AUBREY does not offer complimentary shipping for any item that you wish to return.
- Your return request will be processed within 21 business days of receipt.
